Kingsway Sports Pavilion Carpark

* Head towards Rose Tree Pub

* Turn left onto Rudloe and immediately right onto Naas Lane

* Follow Naas Lane heading over the motorway

* Turn right onto Haresfield Lane

* Turn right again onto Lane

* Turn left onto Haresfield Lane

* Turn right onto "Stonehouse"

* Turn right onto Gloucester Lane

* Head under the motorway using the underpass towards Hardwicke

* At McDonalds roundabout turn left (cross over the road)

* Turn right onto Pound Lane

* Follow this round to the right onto Church Lane to Sellars Lane

* Turn Left at the roundabout, past The Pilot and over the canal onto the Elmore Loop

* Take the next left and follow the Elmore Loop round until you get back to the Stonebench turning

* Turn left towards Stonebench and back over the Canal

* At the round about, turn left onto Merlin Drive

* At the traffic lights head straight over onto Olympus Park

* Turn left after "Boots" under the "Matalan" bridge and then right back towards the start.
